Do you need professional headshots

If you are aiming to promote yourself or your business then we highly recommend it and to do it well you need the very best images you can get. That's where knowing a great professional photographer comes in handy. We have years of experience photographing all sorts of people in all walks of life so we know how to get your best shot.

What style works best

Different styles suit different industries and people. The most important thing is that your images accurately reflect you and your business and appeal to your target market.

  • Corporate Portraits
  • Business Profiles
  • Actor Headshots
  • Model Portfolios
  • Artist / Band Promos
  • Group Photos

A firm of solicitors may opt for consistent and conservative corporate portraits to suggest reliability and engender trust while digital agencies tend to favour more creativity and playfulness as their clients expect and pay for these qualities. Actors need headshots that suggest versatility to cover an array of potential roles, while musicians and bands often use  imagery to reflect their musical style.

But everyone is different and there are no hard and fast rules. We'll work with you to create the best look for you.

Studio Vs. Location Shots

Model and actor shoots are often studio based as they can involve several wardrobe changes with hair and make-up artists on hand to create vastly differing looks. Whereas a chef may be better photographed in their place of work, surrounded by the tools of their trade to add authenticity, character and credibility to the images.

Our studio is conveniently located in the centre of Brighton, next to all major bus routes and a short walk from the main train station and city car parks. For location shoots within one hour of Brighton there are no additional travel expenses. For London, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire and beyond any additional charges will be discussed during your consultation.

Your shoot will be discussed and a plan agreed in advance to ensure you get the most out of your time either in the studio or on location, whether you are with us for just an hour or the full day.

What will your shoot cost

Prices start at just £80 for an hour in the studio. Location shoots start at  £120 per hour with no additional expenses for travel within one hour of Brighton. Discounted rates are available for half day and full day shoots. We work with several experienced stylists and make-up artists who we can recommend to suit your style and budget.

How many images do you get

You will receive all images taken on the day, sent electronically for you to download in the size and format you require. Editing in post-production is available at additional cost and this will be discussed during your consultation and can be agreed up front or added at a later date after shooting has been completed.
